Count Croke is the incredibly old and ambitious ruler of Riven in the Barebones, resenting and competing with his neighbors the Staglords of Stormdale. Because of his age, he tends to send his many sons to do the dirty work throughout the Seven Realms. During Nest of Serpents, he was captured by Red Rufus and taken to Drew Ferran so that they can use him as a bargaining chip. However, he wouldn't command his troops to retreat and when Drew threatened to kill him in front of his sons, Vorjavik didn't care and fight broke out. Then, dressed as a Vermirian archer, Red Rufus shot him with a silver arrow so that the crows and rats becomes enemies.
